What We Do

Complete Auto Care,
Under One Roof

From routine maintenance to complex repairs, our certified technicians handle it all with precision and care.

Engine Diagnostics

Advanced OBD-II scanning and computerized diagnostics to pinpoint check engine lights, performance issues, and electrical faults accurately.

Brake Service

Complete brake inspections, pad replacements, rotor resurfacing, and fluid flushes. Your stopping power matters — we treat it that way.

Oil Changes

Conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil changes using quality filters. Quick, thorough, and priced fairly every time.

Transmission Care

Fluid exchanges, filter replacements, and comprehensive transmission diagnostics. Catch issues early and extend your drivetrain's life.

Heating & A/C

Missouri summers demand a reliable A/C, and winter calls for a solid heater. We diagnose and repair both systems fast.

My check engine light came on right before a long trip. Bates got me in the same day, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had me back on the road by afternoon. Fair price, no drama.

I've been bringing my trucks here for years. They never try to sell me stuff I don't need, and when something's wrong, they show me exactly what's going on. That kind of honesty is rare.

Best auto shop in the area, hands down. They fixed a problem two other mechanics couldn't figure out. Professional, communicative, and they actually stand behind their work.
